Tracy McClintock
Owner
Tracy McClintock began her career as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist after graduating college many years ago. After giving birth to her first child, Tracy made the decision to switch her career path and opened a family daycare center in her home. She loved it so much that she expanded into a group family daycare, and then expanded even bigger in July of 2004 into the daycare center that is now called Little Scholars. Tracy has four children of her own who love helping out at the center. Tracy enjoys spending time with the cuties at Little Scholars. She also enjoys traveling, dancing, scuba-diving, watching her children play sports, being outdoors, and spending time at lakes, beaches, and the ocean!

Lisa Adam
Director
Lisa Adam has worked at Little Scholars since 2004 when her sister, Tracy McClintock, opened the daycare. Prior to that, she worked with Tracy in her home daycare for many years. Lisa works in the front office as the Daycare Center Director. She loves getting to see all of the wonderful children with their beautiful little faces and looks forward to spending time with the children each day. Lisa loves sports and is a dedicated Mets and Jets fan. Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Miss Jeannine
Administration
Jeanine has spent over 30 years in retail management, balancing her career while raising two children, Tyler and Alyssa. In 2014, she welcomed her third child, Zackary, who attended Little Scholars daycare, and she quickly fell in love with the nurturing environment. Wanting to spend more time with her children, she made the meaningful decision to transition into childcare, joining Little Scholars in 2019. She also works at Chester Elementary School, where she loves seeing former daycare students grow and thrive. For the past few years, Jeanine and her daughter Alyssa have co-led the Little Scholars summer camp, a role they both cherish. Outside of work, Jeanine enjoys watching her children play soccer, with Alyssa also following in her footsteps by playing softball—one of Jeanine’s favorite sports growing up. She loves spending time with family, cherishing every moment together. Through her dedication to children’s development, she continues to make a positive impact on families in her community—proof that sometimes, following your heart leads you exactly where you’re meant to be.

Miss Kacie
Infant Teacher
Miss Kacie has always had a passion for working with children and became a cherished member of the Little Scholars family in 2012. Kacie has earned her Child Development Associate, specializing in infant and toddler care and has attended numerous hours of training and workshops throughout the past 12 years. Her dedication and warmth create a nurturing, safe, loving environment where every child can thrive. Kacie, affectionately known as the Little Scholars baby whisperer, is dedicated to providing exceptional care for every infant trusted in her care. With her keen attention to detail, she ensures that each child receives the love and attention they deserve. Kacie enjoys spending quiet time reading and relaxing in
her spare time.

Miss Kristen
InfantTeacher
Miss Kristen is a dedicated professional with a master's degree in psychology and over 12 years' experience at Little Scholars. Kristen has gained invaluable experience in every room at the center, but her true passion lies with the tiniest babies. Each day, she returns with love and dedication, ensuring that these little ones receive the care and attention they deserve. Her commitment to nurturing their and development shines through in everything she does. Kristen is the dedicated
mother of Max and Quinn and proudly states that they are her greatest achievement.
Kristen feels incredibly blessed to be able to work where her children are and to be able to a part of their days for the beginning of their lives. Kristen values the strong sense of family among the staff, making every day a rewarding experience.

Miss Analyvia
Teaching Assistant
Analyvia has worked in childcare for the past six years. She began her career at the age of 16 working at a small childcare inside of a gym. It was here that she discovered her love of children and knew that she wanted a career in early childhood. Ana began working full-time in a Daycare center soon after and joined the Little Scholars family in October of 2023. She has worked with all ages and in many different classrooms and has loved them all! Ana is working toward her CDA and plans to become a lead Teacher. In her spare time, Ana loves spending time with her nephews and niece. She also enjoys playing soccer and loves swimming and the beach.

Miss Marly
Pre-K Teacher
Ms. Marly has been part of the Little Scholars family since 2021, beginning as an assistant teacher in the toddlers room and now head teacher in the preschool classroom. I hold a CDA credential in early childhood education and am certified to teach children from birth through age five. To me, the most important part of working at Little Scholars is creating a safe, secure environment where every child feels special and cared for. There’s nothing better than walking into my classroom in the morning and being greeted by the excited voices of my favorite little people! Outside of school, I love spending time with my family, going to soccer games, trying out new restaurants, traveling, reading—and I have to admit, coffee is definitely my weakness!

Miss Dena
Preschool Teacher
Miss Deena spent her childhood always around a childcare setting in my mothers in home daycare. Because of this, she was able to witness the love, joy and happiness that her mother brought to young children. After watching her mother, Deena knew that she wanted to be just like her! Deena's journey as a childcare professional began four years ago at Little Scholars where her passion for nurturing young minds blossomed. From day one, she fell in love with her role, finding joy in guiding and supporting children's growth. Her commitment to providing a safe and enriching environment makes her a cherished part of the Little Scholars family. Deena has 2 young daughters, one who graduated from Little Scholars and one who is still currently enrolled. All of their teachers have always been beyond exceptional and dedicated to meeting their needs and providing the support they need for building independence and preparing for kindergarten.

Miss Selena

Miss Selena, who has dedicated over two years to nurturing and loving our little ones at Little Scholars is currently attending college to earn a bachelor’s degree in education. Miss Selena is passionate about creating a fun, nurturing environment where kids can learn and grow.
A quote from miss Selena states, "One of the most rewarding parts of my job is watching the children grow into their own little individuals—seeing their personalities shine and their confidence blossom is truly special." Miss Selena enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Every day brings something new, and Selena is so grateful to be part of their early learning journey !

Miss Leah
Toddler Teacher
Leah Rios is currently a attending college, pursuing her degree in Cybersecurity. After serving honorably in the military, she returned home and began babysitting for family friends, transforming a simple hobby into a heartfelt passion. With great enthusiasm, Leah joined the Little Scholars family, eager to make a positive impact. Leah is pursuing her Child Development Associate specializing in infant and toddler care. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, playing video games, and discovering new destinations through travel.

Miss Essence
Teaching Assistant
Essence is one of our dedicated Toddler teachers at Little Scholars! With a passion for helping kids discover more about themselves, she creates a nurturing environment where trust and love flourish, Essence is an alumnus of Scholars, making her journey full circle. Essence is currently studying to become a veterinarian to help animals worldwide and also plans to open her own nail studio. she enjoys running, playing volleyball, and binge-watching shows curled up in a cozy snuggie. Although she has only been with us for a few months, Essence has loved every moment and has already formed wonderful bonds with both the children and team members.

Miss Alyssa
Teaching Assistant
Alyssa, daughter of Jeanine Kreischer, is a dedicated student and childcare professional with a passion for helping others. A Chester Academy graduate from the Class of 2022, she has been working at Little Scholars daycare since she was 16, falling in love with the environment and cherishing the children she works with. During the summers, she co-leads the Little Scholars summer camp alongside her mom, Jeanine, an experience she finds truly rewarding. Currently a student at Bay Path University, Alyssa is entering her senior year while working part-time. She plans to earn her master's in occupational therapy and eventually pursue a doctorate in the field. Beyond her academic and professional aspirations, Alyssa has been playing soccer since she was four years old and started softball in seventh grade—two sports that remain an important part of her life. She was even given the opportunity to play both soccer and softball at her university, continuing her lifelong love for athletics. Whether in the classroom, on the field, or at the daycare, Alyssa is always striving to make a positive impact on the lives of those around her.

Miss Lori
Teaching Assistant
Miss Lori joined the Little Scholars team as a part-time evening assistant and quickly fell in love with the environment. Her passion for helping children thrive led her to transition to a full-time role. With a Master's degree in Public Administration and Human Services, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge to her work. Before joining Little Scholars, she spent 13 years as a College Professor at Marist, making the transition to teaching younger children a fulfilling step in her career. Miss Lori has been a member of the Little Scholars family since 2004, when her own children attended our program. When she is not playing with and teaching children at Little Scholars, Miss Lori enjoys spending time with her family and watching and cheering her children on at volleyball games.

Miss Michelle
Teaching Assistant
Michelle has been a dedicated member of our Little Scholars family since 2014. With 11 years of experience working with children from birth through young adulthood, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our team. Currently pursuing her degree in child psychology, Michelle is on her way to becoming a school psychologist. She brings her passion for education to every classroom at Little Scholars, engaging with various age groups to create a dynamic learning experience. Her dedication to nurturing a positive environment ensures that each child feels valued and supported.

Miss Kristen
Teaching Assistant
Kristen officially joined the Little Scholars team in March of 2022. As the daughter of Tracy McClintock, the owner of Little Scholars, Kristen has been a part of our Little Scholars family her entire life. Having attended and graduated from Little Scholars herself, Kristen is thrilled to return as part of the Teaching team, ready to inspire and nurture the next generation of learners. Kristen is currently in college pursuing a degree in business and plans to open her own business of either a multi-purpose sporting facility,
campground, or cheerleading gym. Kristen loves cheerleading, boating, dancing, scuba-diving, and spending time with friends.

Miss Emily
Teaching Assistant
Emily is a freshman in college looking to pursue a career in the medical field specifically in pediatrics. She has been working at Little Scholars since February and used to babysit her younger cousin Liam from ages 1-3. She loves working with children and enjoy helping them grow and learn about the world around them.

Miss Jalyn
Teaching Assistant
Jalyn is a senior in high school and has been working at Little Scholars since the summer of 2024! She will be furthering her academic and athletic career attending Messiah University next year and will be majoring in Psychology and playing softball. We are very excited that Jalyn will continue to work at Little Scholars on her school breaks and summer vacation. Jalyn enjoys days at the beach, spending time with friends and family, reading, and most of all working with children!

Miss DaniNicole
Teaching Assistant
DaniNicole Selg has been a part of the Little Scholars family since she was 4 years old- first as a student, then a volunteer, and finally she began working for the center shortly after turning 16. DaniNicole now works part time while she attends college pursuing a
Bachelor's degree in Adolescence Education with a concentration in English, as well as Master's degree in School Counseling. Dani loves to read, write, and help other individuals in need, always putting others first before herself. Dani plans to work for Little Scholars for as long as possible while continuing her education!

Mr. Colin
Teaching Assistant
Colin officially joined the Little Scholars team in February 2024, but his connection to our Little Scholars family runs deep. As the son of Tracy McClintock, the owner of Little Scholars, Colin has been a part of our family his entire life. We’re excited to have him contribute his passion and energy. Colin loves to watch and play sports, especially soccer. He enjoys boating, jet skiing, paddle boarding, scuba- diving and anything that involves sports and the outdoors.

Miss Petrina
Teaching Assistant
Petrina has been dedicated to working with children for the past five years, and we are thrilled to welcome her to our Little Scholars family. Her passion for nurturing young minds and creating a positive learning environment makes a wonderful addition to our team. We're excited to see the impact she will have on our students and the joy she will bring to their learning experiences. Petrina is pursuing her Child Development Associate and is excited to continue her career in Early Childhood.
